东师理想一直致力于通过信息化让每个中国孩子都有好学上，有好老师教，主动、轻松愉快、个性化学习，聪明、智慧起来，更有尊严的活着。为实现这一目标，从三个方面系统开展了研究和应用工作。一是通过信息化变革和创新教育教学的路径与方法，二是有效支撑教育教学变革和创新的信息化环境设计、开发与建设，三是正确引领和全面推动信息技术与教育教学的深度融合。覆盖基础教育、职业教育、高等师范教育、社区教育等领域。真正实现通过信息化提高教育教学质量，促进教育高位均衡。
主要业务包括教育信息化方向引领、教育信息化顶层规划与设计咨询、教育信息化系统设计与建设、教育软件产品研发与推广、教育软件服务提供、教师深度融合能力培训、教育信息化交流平台搭建、教育信息化试点与应用指导等。
在信息化环境方面，系统研发了智慧教育云平台(教育云公共服务平台和网络学习空间)，智慧校园(数字化校园)，云备课与教学系统，云资源管理与共享系统，云题库，云微课资源制作与管理系统，智慧教室(电子书包)，网络教研与培训系统，中小学学科教学工具及虚拟仿真实验室，教学质量评价与监测系统，职业教育虚拟仿真实训系统、虚拟现实交互软件、精品课程发布平台，行政办公与管理支撑系统等软件产品。
东师理想教育软件产品已在全国31个省、市、自治区49000多所学校广泛应用;为中小学校、职业学校、高等院校、政府及行业部门等700多个单位设计并建设了网络系统;与全国300多个地市州、县市区建立了教育信息化实验区合作关系，参加合作的学校4200多所，其中700多所学校的研究与应用已成为示范基地校。面向中小学教师、校长、教研员开展了多层次、多种类型的培训，累计培训人数120余万人次，为全国各地培养了智慧教育种子教师团队60多个，并为40多个县市区教育局建设了中小学教师远程培训系统。联合举办了十二届“全国中小学信息技术与教学融合优质课大赛”。2015年，参与建立了“全国智慧教育微课联盟”，面向全国已分别开展了小学和中学的微课培训与交流活动。

– General Introduction of NENU Ideal
NENU Ideal has been committed to enable every Chinese child to get the best education and initiative, relaxed, happy and personalized learning, to become smart and intelligent, and to live with more dignity through information technology. To achieve this goal, it carries out its research and application systematically from three aspects. The first aspect is the way and method to reform and innovate education and teaching through information; the second one is to effectively support the information environment design, development and construction of education and teaching reform and innovation; the third is to correctly lead and comprehensively promote the in-depth integration of information technology with education and teaching. Its business covers the fields such as basic education, vocational education, higher normal education, community education, etc. It truly realized the improvement of education and teaching quality through information, and the promotion of high-grade balance of education.
The main business includes the guidance of education information direction, education information top planning and design consultation, education information system design and construction, education software product development and promotion, education software services, teachers’ in-depth integration ability training, education information communication platform construction, education information pilot project and application guidance, etc.
In the aspect of information environment, NENU Ideal has systematically developed software products such as wisdom education cloud platform (education cloud public service platform and network learning space), wisdom campus (digital campus), cloud lesson preparing and teaching system, cloud resource management and sharing system, cloud question bank, cloud micro-course resources production and management system, wisdom classroom (E-schoolbag), network teaching research and training system, primary and secondary school teaching tools and virtual simulation laboratory, teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system, virtual simulation training system of vocational education, virtual reality interactive software, excellent courses publishing platform, administrative office and management support system, etc.
NENU Ideal education software products have been widely used in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, covering more than 49,000 schools all over the country. It has designed and constructed network systems for more than 700 units including primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities, government and industry sectors, and has established cooperation relationship on education information experimental region with more than 300 cities, prefectures, counties and districts, covering more than 4200 cooperative schools, in which more than 700 schools has become demonstrative base schools in research and application. Trainings of multi-level and various types have been carried out for primary and secondary school teachers, principals and teaching researchers, covering more than 1.2 million person-times cumulatively. More than 60 wisdom education seeded teacher teams around the country have been cultivated. Primary and secondary school teachers distance training system has been constructed for education bureaus of more than 40 cities, counties and districts. The annual “National Primary and Secondary School Information Technology and Courses Integration Excellent Class Competition” has been jointly held for 12 years. In 2015, NENU Ideal took part in the establishment of the "National Wisdom Education Micro-course Alliance", which has carried out primary and secondary school micro-course training and communicating activities respectively facing the whole country.
